Ingredients
Oats – 1 cup
Tomato – 1 chopped
Green peas – half cup
Onion – 1
Chopped capsicum –1
Ginger – 1 piece finely chopped
Cumin – half teaspoon
Beans – half bowl
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Carrot – 1 chopped
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Water – as per need

Wash all the vegetables, finely cut them and place them on a separate plate. Now add one spoonful of oil to the pan and place it on the stove. Crackle some cumin seeds into it. After that, saute the onion, ginger, and garlic. Fry the green peas, carrots and beans after this. Cook the tomato and capsicum after 2 minutes. Add spices like chilli powder, turmeric, and coriander powder once all of these vegetables have been softly cooked. To ensure that the spices are cooked, fry for 2 minutes. Next, wash the oats in water and add it. Salt can then be added to taste. Add some water, turn the heat down, and allow it to cook for around 5 minutes. Take it out in a bowl and garnish with chopped green coriander leaves. Your nutritious and tasty masala oats dish is ready to be served.
