Cinnamon:
Famous for its antibacterial and antimicrobial properties, this spice is a good hair fall remedy. It improves the blood circulation in the scalp. It ensures the hair follicles get enough nutrients and oxygen. To use it, you can add the spice in honey, and make a hair mask. It is to be applied 15 to 20 minutes before shampooing.
Ginger:
Ginger helps in revitalising the hair follicles. It helps with hair growth. The essential fatty acid in the spice nourishes the hair and lessens hair fall. You can use it by mixing its juice with olive oil. Apply the mix to your hair, and rinse it after leaving it for 30 minutes.
Fenugreek:
The fenugreek seeds contain nutrients like proteins, nicotinic acid and lecithin. It helps with hair growth, and hair hydration, and reduces hair fall. To use the seeds, soak fenugreek in water overnight, and then make a paste. Apply it to your hair, and rinse it after 30 minutes.
Black Pepper:
Reports state that black pepper contains minerals and vitamins which are good for hair. It improves the blood flow and helps in hair growth. It may also help with unclogging hair follicles, reducing hair fall. To make a paste, mix ground black pepper in warm water, and then apply it for 10 to 15 minutes before washing the hair.
