Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday continued his election campaign in Chattighar, where he attacked the Congress government for ‘jhutha prachar’ (false advertisement) and ‘ghotalebaaz sarkar’ (corrupt governance). Amid the caste census debate, the Prime Minister also attacked the Opposition’s INDIA bloc and said for him, poverty is the biggest caste in the country.

Prime Minister, who was addressing a public rally in Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh’s Bastar region also attacked Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and other ministers of his Cabinet for not attending his official event where he dedicated to the nation the NMDC Steel Ltd’s steel plant at Nagarnar, built at a cost of more than Rs 23,800 crore.

“Such a big program took place just now, but neither the Chief Minister nor the Deputy Chief Minister of the Congress government in Chhattisgarh came there. Even not a single Congress minister attended the program. There could be two reasons for this, first, they are so worried about the government going down that he is busy saving it. Second, this is Modi and no corrupt person can make eye contact with Modi, hence they are afraid of coming and running away,” he said.
