Sunny Deol’s spokesperson has said that the issue of Sunny Villa’s bank auction will get resolved
Actor Sunny Deol’s property at Juhu, Sunny Villa, is been reported to be auctioned by the bank to recover the unpaid dues of Rs 56 crores. The bank is also trying to recover the interest levied on the loan. After the news of the E-auction has been widely reported, Sunny’s spokesperson released a statement, confirming that the auction issue will be resolved.
Etimes reported the quote of a spokesperson that reads, “We are in the process of resolving this issue and the issue will be resolved. We request for no further speculation on the same.” The portal also quoted a film analyst that said, “Auction will be called off. He has a month to settle the matter. The good part is that the property is in his possession. and is up and running. The bank is doing its duty. But having reached this stage, Sunny won’t take any chances.” The source further added that Sunny will settle the matter with the bank.
Earlier on Sunday, a notice was issued by the Bank of Baroda in a national newspaper that Sunny Deol’s luxurious villa, which houses Sunny Super Sound and the office of Sunny Deol will be auctioned to recover a loan of Rs 56 crore along with the interest levied on the loan.
It mentioned Gadar 2 star Ajay Singh Deol aka Sunny Deol and other loan details. It also mentioned Bobby Deol, whose real name is Vijay Singh Deol, Dharmendra Singh Deol, and their company Sunny Sounds Pvt Ltd as Guarantors and Corporate Guarantor for the loan. The name of the Villa that is going to be auctioned is Sunny Villa which is located on Gandhigram Road in Juhu. On the work front, Sunny Deol’s latest film, Gadar 2 continues breaking box office records, and it has earned Rs 336 crores in India.
