Shah Rukh Khan heaps praise on Anirudh Ravichander’s cover of Jawan’s Chaleya.
Shah Rukh Khan is currently enjoying the success of his recent release Jawan. The songs of the movie are garnering a lot of praise. Recently, Anirudh Ravichander who composed the music in the film, sang a cover of Chaleya and SRK cannot stop gushing about it.
On Thursday, Anirudh Ravichander took to his Instagram and shared a video singing Chaleya from Jawan and playing the music on his keyboard. The composer wrote, “It’s been a while…here’s your fav Chaleya.”
Resharing the video on his Twitter account, Shah Rukh Khan heaped praise on Anirudh Ravichander and wrote, “I have to dance on this while you sing it beta. And if I get the step wrong you instantly change the rhythm so I look good! You can do magic like that I know….love you.” To this, Anirudh replied, “Hahaha, can’t wait….love you, king.”

Netizens also hailed Anirudh’s voice and his bond with Shah Rukh Khan. One of the comments read, “Bring it on, hoping for more collaboration with you both.” Another wrote, “Both of you are great sir, Anirudh Ravichander thanks for giving this song.” Another commented, “Anirudh your voice is awesome.”
Earlier, at the Jawan pre-release event in Chennai, Shah Rukh Khan was seen grooving to the film’s song Zinda Banda along with Anirudh Ravichander, and their video dancing together went viral on social media.
Jawan’s song Chaleya has been picturized by Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara. The song was originally sung by Arijit Singh and Shilpa Rao and composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The choreography of the song is done by Farah Khan and the song went on to be the most streamed Hindi song on Spotify in one day.
Helmed by Atlee, Jawan stars Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi along with the girl gang which includes Priyamani, Aaliyah Qureshi, Sangeeta, Sanya Malhotra, and Lehar Khan among others. Produced by Gauri Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment, the movie has collected Rs 660 crore worldwide in 8 days and Rs 368.28 crore at the domestic box office.
