Shah Rukh Khan reveals that he does action films like Pathaan and Jawan only for his son AbRam.
Shah Rukh Khan is currently awaiting the release of his upcoming movie Jawan. As the release date nears, the makers have released an interesting video where Shah Rukh and Vijay Sethupathi answer 7 questions about Jawan.
On Tuesday, Red Chillies Entertainment shared an interesting video wherein Shah Rukh Khan and Vijay Sethupathi can be seen answering 7 questions about their upcoming movie Jawan. When asked if he is an action hero or a man with a great insurance policy, SRK replied, “My life insurance policy has ended now. I have so many injuries that no one insures me. Honest to god.”
He further went on to reveal the reason behind doing action films like Pathaan and Jawan and said, “I’ll tell you the real reason why I do it. One day my elder son, and my daughter, told me you have to do films which are very cool for the youngest AbRam and I thought the only cool thing he likes is all the anime and action films. So I decided to be a superhero and I thought I didn’t look good in a spandex so without getting into a spandex, I got into bandages and that’s why this action film. So honestly I do action films because my kids get very impressed that I am doing some cool things, have six-pack abs, and stuff like that. There is no other reason I should do action films.”
Shah Rukh Khan also revealed that he will have 7 looks in Jawan and talked about whether he is the villain or the hero in the movie. The actor said, “You have already confused me a lot. You are calling the trailer as prevue, the villain as a hero and now this vill-hero, I don’t know if I am good or bad, pure or evil because I am also you. So it’s a common man doing uncommon things for the common good of everybody.”
Helmed by Atlee, Jawan stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi along with Shah Rukh Khan. Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Ridhi Dogra, and Yogi Babu also have key roles along with others in the movie. Not only this, but Deepika Padukone also has an action-packed cameo in the movie wherein she will be seen fighting with SRK.
Produced by Gauri Khan and co-produced by Gaurav Verma, Jawan is Shah Rukh Khan’s most expensive film to date made on a whopping budget of Rs 300 crore and is scheduled to hit the theatres on September 7.
