Kamaal R Khan slammed SS Rajamouli as according to him, the maverick director earlier called Aamir’s film masterpiece, and later called out Aamir’s overacting.
Aamir Khan’s last movie Laal Singh Chaddha has started making headlines again. After Aamir’s cousin, director Mansoor Khan shared his and SS Rajamouli’s views on the actor’s acting chops, self-proclaimed critic Kamaal R Khan (KRK) slammed Baahubali director as a hypocrite.
Recently, Mansoor Khan said that he and Rajamouli found Aamir went overboard in Laal Singh Chaddha and overacted in the film. KRK shared a news report about the same, and claimed that when Aamir Khan held a special screening for Laal Singh Chaddha for SS Rajamouli, Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Sukumar, and Naga Chaitanya, at that time RRR director called Aamir’s film a ‘masterpiece’. On Twitter, KRK wrote, “This is the proof, how big liar is copy master @ssrajamouli. When he watched film with Aamir Khan, then he called it a masterpiece. And now he is saying that Aamir Khan did over acting. I call such liars fraud film makers.”

For the unversed, in July 2022, Aamir Khan organised a screening of Laal Singh Chaddha at Chiranjeevi’s residence in Hyderabad.
A few days back, Mansoor told PTI that earlier he did expressed his ‘frank views’ about Aamir Khan’s acting in the Bollywood adaptation of the Hollywood classic Forrest Gump was ‘over the top’. But it’s when, Baahubali, RRR director SS Rajamouli called him out that it really hit home. “Aamir has a great sense of humour. So one day he laughingly tells me, ‘When you told me it was over the top, I said, ok, you are a subtle guy which is why you might have felt that way. But when someone like Rajamouli tells me overacting lag raha hai, I said to myself, Isko bhi lag raha hai toh kiya hi hoga (If he also feels so then it must be)’.” Laal Singh Chaddha was released in cinemas on August 11, 2022, and it tanked at the box office.
