Kartik Aaryan rooted for Sunny Deol but he leaked one of the most celebrated scenes from Gadar 2, and it has left few netizens irked.
Sunny Deol is writing history at box office records with Gadar 2, and the roar of Tara Singh has even left Kartik Aaryan mesmerised. Just like million other filmgoers, Kartik went to watch Gadar 2 in the cinema hall. During the screening, Kartik turned into a fanboy, and he was shouting and rooting for Tara Singh.
Kartik recorded the iconic handpump scene from Gadar 2 and posted it on Instagram. Sharing the video, Kartik wrote, “This iconic scene (with flexing muscles emoji) Just a fanboy in me screaming n shouting for Tara Singh @iamsunnydeol #Gadar2.”

As soon as Kartik shared the video, a certain section of netizens called out the actor for giving away major spoiler from the movie. An internet user wrote, “Spoiler de diya sir ne. Maine abhi tak dekhi nhi mehengi tickets ki wajah se.” Another internet user mocked him saying, “Just give me the whole movie pls. Is it allowed there to record the movie while watching? it’s a culture shock for me. I thought it was forbidden.” One of the internet users wrote, “If I am not mistaken, video recording in the theatre is still considered an illegal act and considered piracy, right?” A major section of the audience applauded Kartik for supporting cinema. Anil Sharma-directed Gadar 2 was released in cinemas on August 11. In five days, Gadar 2 has created box office history by earning Rs 228 crores. Kartik Aaryan, on the work front, will next be Hansal Mehta’s Captain India, and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
