Read on to know how Dharmendra and Sunny Deol have reacted to Sunny Deol’s blood-soaked poster from Animal. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga film releases in cinemas on December 1.
After the character posters of Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol unveiled his character poster from the Sandeep Reddy Vanga film on Tuesday, September 26, two days ahead of its teaser launch on September 28 on the occasion of Ranbir’s 41st birthday.
“Animal ka Enemy”, is what Bobby Deol captioned his poster on his Instagram hinting that he is playing the main antagonist in the upcoming gangster drama. His face is soaked with blood and is seen shushing everyone with pointing his finger on his lips. Bobby’s gory poster has gone viral on social media, with many netizens even calling it the best Animal poster released till date.
The Jhoom Barabar Jhoom actor has also got approval from his father Dharmendra and brother Sunny Deol. The veteran actor, who was most recently seen in the superhit Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, commented on Bobby’s post, “Love you Bob….You look great…I was waiting for this eagerly”, while Sunny, who has given one of the biggest blockbusters this year as Gadar 2, wrote, “Yes Bob Go For it”, adding plenty of hammer and red hearts emojis.
The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial has been one of the most awaited films since its announcement as the filmmaker has previously made Shahid Kapoor-starrer romantic drama Kabir Singh, which went on to earn more than Rs 300 crore at the global box office in 2019.
Animal was earlier slated to release on August 11 clashing with Sunny Deol’s patriotic drama Gadar 2 and Akshay Kumar’s satirical comedy OMG 2, but was postponed due to delay in its post-production. After averting a clash with two sequels, Ranbir Kapoor-starrer has found itself in another clash as Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur is also slated to release on December 1.
