According to the Hindu calendar, Hartalika Teej officially begins at 11:08 a.m on September 17 and concludes at 12:39 pm. on September 18. However, the main celebration and rituals will take place on September 18. This year’s Hartalika Teej coincides with the Chitra and Swati Nakshatra, further enhancing its spiritual significance.
The auspicious Indra yoga also commenced on the morning of September 17 and will continue until the next day.
During Swati Nakshatra, devotees can observe Hartalika Teej rituals during Pradosh Kal, a period from 7:18 PM to 9:38 PM. The ideal time to commence the Hartalika puja is after sunset, at 6:23 PM, which is believed to enhance one’s unbroken luck.
Experts recommend specific time slots for various activities during Hartalika Teej. The auspicious Choghadiya Muhurat for performing significant deeds ranges from 6:20 AM to 7:07 AM, while the best timing for Uttam is from 9:39 AM to 11:10 AM. For those seeking profit advancement, the most auspicious hours are from 3:19 PM to 4:19 PM, and for Amrit, it is from 4:51 PM to 6:51 PM. Devotees aiming for various other endeavours should consider performing them between 1:43 PM to 3:47 PM.
