This week, four companies, including R R Kabel, SAMHI Hotels, Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services and Chavda Infra (an SME) will be opening their IPO subscriptions.

R R Kabel: They will open their subscription on September 13 and close it on September 15. The price band will be kept fixed at Rs 983 to 1035 per share, and it aims to raise around Rs 1964 from the IPO. It will include a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 180 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.72 crore equity shares worth Rs 1784 by the promoters and investors.

SAMHI Hotels: They will open their subscription on September 14 and will be available until September 18. The company comprises fresh equity shares up to Rs 1200 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.35 crore shares by selling shareholders. The details about the issue price of the IPO have not yet been announced.

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services: The subscription will be open for public subscription on September 14 and will close by September 18. The company will issue fresh shares worth Rs 392 crore and an OFS of Rs 171 crore. The company is planning to raise Rs 563 crore through IPO.

Chavda Infra Ltd: The company will open its subscription on September 12 and close it by September 14. The price has been fixed at Rs 60 to Rs 65 and comprises a fresh issue of 66.56 lakh shares. The company is expecting to raise Rs 43.2 crore through IPO.
