The pre-release event of Jawan was held in Chennai on August 30 with Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Atlee, Sanya Malhota, Sunil Grover, Anirudh Ravichander, and other cast and crew members in attendance. Nayanthara chose to skip the event.

Shah Rukh Khan has once again won the hearts of the audiences with his latest gesture at the Jawan pre-release event, held at at Sri Sairam Engineering College in Chennai on Wednesday, August 30. The grand event, the only promotional event that the Jawan team has conducted before its release, was televised on Sun TV on Sunday, September 3.

The Pathaan actor is seen bowing down to Atlee’s mother when the filmmaker takes her to the actor to meet him. The clip has been shared one of the fan pages of SRK on X (previously known as Twitter) and has now gone viral on social media. The actor’s fans have flooded the comments section heaping praises on the superstar.

One of the comments read, “This video touched my heart deeply, and it’s truly one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen in a long time. So much to learn from him”, while another fan wrote, “Wholesome…he is the most humble superstar. People will never forget you how they make you feel. This is SRK’s legacy, not his BO records. Also look how Pooja also treats Atlee’s mom. Not just SRK even all his staff are so humble.” Pooja Dadlani is Shah Rukh Khan’s manager who is also seen in the video greetig Atlee’s mom with a huge smile.

Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, Jawan features Nayanthara as the leading lady and Vijay Sethupathi as the main antagonist. Deepika Padukone will make a special appearance in the film. The film, which will release in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages on September 7 on the occasion of Janmashtami, is expected to take a monstrous opening at the box office seeing the record numbers in its advance booking.
