Rahul Mahajan revealed that a therapists are helping him deal with his feeling after divorce.
Rahul Mahajan, who was one of the participants of Bigg Boss season 2, in his recent interview revealed that he is seeing a therapist these days. In July this year, he had announced divorce from his third wife Natalya Ilina.
While speaking to ETimes, he said, “I have therapists who are helping me deal with my feelings. There’s too much stigma around seeking help through therapy in India, but I see no shame in doing that.” He further mentioned that his divorce devastated him as he is ‘sensitive’ person.
He stated, “It is like a big earthquake took place in my life. The tremors are still somewhere there. There is a lot of trauma, but life goes on. You’ve no choice but to be strong. I still have love and respect for her (Natalya). The love never dies. I’m not in touch with her and I don’t even know where she is. But love doesn’t go away just like that.”
He also mentioned that now he can not fall in love as he is afraid. He stated, “I am emotionally unavailable at the moment. I can meet someone, talk to someone, but pyaar main nahi kar sakta because mujhe darr hogaya hai (I cannot fall in love as I am scared). I need to heal, I’m not fit.”
While speaking about the reason for his divorce. he stated, “If I speak about it, it will be a one-sided story, and it will be biased,” he says. He adds that he has no hate for his ex-wife. “I still have love and respect for her. The love never dies. I’m not in touch with her and I don’t even know where she is. But love doesn’t go away just like that.”
Nataliya was Rahul’s 3rd wife and they got married in 2018. Two years later, Rahul revealed that her wife has converted to Hinduism after the marriage. Before Nataliya, Rahul was married to Dimpy Ganguly and Shweta Singh. Both of his ex-wives accused him of domestic violence.
