Regina Cassandra beams with joy as she becomes jury member at International Emmy Awards 2023.

Regina Cassandra who is best known for her role as Mrinalini Sarabhai in Rocket Boys, is on cloud line as she has been announced as a Jury member for the semi-final round of the prestigious 2023 International Emmy Awards. 

Speaking about the honour, Regina Cassandra said, expressed her joy, saying, “My heart was filled with immense gratitude when I was asked to be on the jury for the International Emmy Awards 2023. I was excited to be bombarded with new content and judge. I along with the other jury members got to soak into different storylines and narratives.”

Earlier, Radhika Madan, who is also a part of jury member for the semi-final round of the 2023 International Emmy Awards, also expressed her joy and shared a video on Instagram, writing, “So overwhelmed and grateful that I got to be a part of this year’s Jury for the INTERNATIONAL EMMY AWARDS. I always dreamt of being nominated but to be on the other side was even more fulfilling. Every day I get up and get to do what I love the most, a joy I wouldn’t trade for anything. Thank you universe.” 

Regine Cassandra made her Bollywood debut opposite Sonam Kapoor in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga. The actress essayed the role of a lesbian in the movie. Helmed by Shelly Chopra Dhar, the movie also stars Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, and Juhi Chawla among others in key roles. The actress recently impressed everyone with her performance as Vijay Sethupathi’s wife in Farzi. The web series also stars Shahid Kapoor and Raashii Khanna among others and was a major hit.

On the work front, Regina Cassandra will be next seen in Section 108 opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui, a suspense thriller presented by Anees Bazmee. The film will be released early next year.
